Maybe pbnation will considering doing their homework on what the law is instead of blindly bending over backwards for any note with lawyer BS letterhead that arrives.
If Apple, TI, Sony, Blizzard, Microsoft, etc. write letters, there won't be much of a Misc. BST left.

True, and while were at it we may as well do away with any sunglasses, clothing, bicycles, shoes, hell even paintball attire because.. IT MAY BE FAKE!
Bad decision imo, you shouldn't be able to ban off an entire type of item simply because a fraction of people may be counterfeiting them. |

Honestly, most people on PBN cannot afford a Rolex, and those that could would certainly not buy it from a B/S/T thread. You are not going to sell at a loss, so potential buyers would be no better off than going to an authorized reseller.

Check out this PBnation BST post #1972927. How do you tell that it not fake. Dont tell me that he has an account from china export. You can buy shoes from Ebay from location China and everyone know they are fake.
Buyer Beware.......if you are silly enough to think that you can get a rolex for $100 then go ahead...or better yet use paypal (credit card) payment and make sure they are verified, at least you can call your credit card company and get your money back if you are not happy with the item.
