Nastygram from Rolex
We recently received a nastygram from lawyers representing Rolex. Apparently some of you have been selling fake Rolex's on our forums. As such, we're now prohibiting the sale of any Rolex brands, real or counterfeit, on the PbNation forum. These brands include, but are not limited to:
ROLEX, PRESIDENT, SUBMARINER, YACHT-MASTER, DAYTONA, GMTMASTER,
DATEJUST and Crown Device

thats freakin dumb...can they do that? its no diff then reselling somethin at a garage sale, ebay, etc.

Fake rolexs cannot be sold on Ebay either. Anyone using the name Rolex on something that isnt really a rolex infringes on their Trademark.

BTW, why can't I sell my authentic Rolex? Did Rolex mandate this or is this a pbnation decision?

i agree any luxury brand watch shouldnt be able to be sold cuz there u cant tell whether its real or fake. . .

What I seriously dont understand is PBNation will prohibit the sale of a rolex watch but they dont do anything about people selling items that include FAKE gucci, LV, burberry, D&G, and other designer brands' fabrics. Are you guys seriously going to wait until Gucci, Lv, burberry, ect email you and tell you to stop?
