Ghetto trigger mod

I myself cannot stand side to side play! Sure, You may say. side to side play what side to side play? feel it! it's there This is caused by the holes in the frame being drill pressed a lil on the bigish side. I use to try and find ways to make the trigger pin sit very snug in the frame holes! but failed and failed.

start by grabing a lil hunk of cotten

now put it around the end of the trigger pin as follows

Next insert the trigger pin into the marker frame

Note you dont want any cotten sticking out! i used a lighter to get rid of the lil cotten hairs u see sticking out

A lil tip when reassembling the frame! its not easy to get the cotten to stick in fully!

what i did was pre seated the cotten then assembled the frame carefully *this might get aggravating*

with this done on both sides u will notice a difference

I use a shishkabob stick. Tolrenced on them are bad, so I buy a pack, find the perfect one, and use it. Have used it on every one of my guns since my DM3. I refused to use stock trigger pins, when the bob' stick is readily available. =)

I make mine out of a large nail using a cordless drill, file, and sandpaper to get the perfect size. Takes about 5 minutes.

i did this to an old marker with a wrap of tape around the part going into the frame holes. what we really need are some ball bearing trigger with extended sleeves so the sleeves center the trigger no matter what the pin does.

ah, i see.

I remember a video where these two guys [White looking male, and an Asian looking male] made a video, they had 2 UFSs [both were dark green], one was stock, the other had a palmer rock and a aka sidwainder, with CP barrel.

he shot a SD NPPL paint through his UFS.

Was that him?

to stay in topic, i want to give this mod a try, i have some side to side play on both my FS and my PM.

this ghetto trigger mod doesn't do anything... it DOES stop the trigger pin from moving back and forth, but the hole in the trigger itself is still too big, and THAT is where the play is coming from

I beg the differ.

Iv done it to every style I own (4-5) and it makes one heck of a difference!

you need to make sure the pin in VERY SUNG in the holes

and yes your still going to get some side to side play.. due to the trigger hole being a lil bigger then the pin. But w.o this ghetto mod, the side to side play on freestyles its bloody outrageous.
