Attaching MacDev pushbutton to MINI

How would you be able to attach a mac-dev pushbutton to an invert mini?

HEre is the Macdev pushbutton, as you can see you don't need an ASA,

Well that sucks, are their any decent tanks on the market where you can easily detach the tank from the regulator, and that will screw into the asa?

No, it requires a screw-in tank. Not a big deal. There are plenty of availible bottle lenghts to suit your needs.

Just buy a screw-in? or do you already have the macdev?

i would just trade the macdev reg for a crossy reg, i could do that at the local field and have the airsmith change the regs.

Actually I was considering buying that tank. But I liked that tank because I could easily unscrew the bottle from the regulator and bring it on an airplane. Also Macdev has the best tanks on the market.

But how much would it cost to have a professional unscrew the reg from the tank?

proffesional...ppffffttt.

All you need is some loctite and a new reg. But this isn't something you should do if you don't know what your doing.

as of right now you can't. I think someone will make and adapter that will let you change it. You will have a hose then. I do believe the asa can be removed because it is annoed a different color in some of the pics. Also if something happens to it I'm sure they don't want to have replace the complete frame.

The little thing that looks like silver allen screw is a bleed valve in case you try to overpressurize the gun.

But I'm sure there is some way to take it off, unless they welded it too the frame lol.

If you want a good product from macdev just order the screw in legionair. It has the same great air flow as the PB.

Well it can't be replaced, but it probably will come off. I meant it couldn't be replaced.

Technically you should not need any loctite at all because the pressure on the threads causes so much friction when the tank has air in it that its almost impossible for you to accidently unscrew the tank from the reg. also those bleed holes that someone else was talking about get gunked up with loctite and then if the bottle were to become loose from the reg then the saftey features of the tank would fail and it would shoot across the field like a rocket. plus even professionals like crossfire say its hard with loctite because they risk damaging the bottle. if anything use one or maybe two drops of blue (weaker than red) loctite at the end of the reg and thats it. BUT USUALLY NO LOCTITE FTWMFW!!
