Thumbs down SA Customers beware

I placed an order on Nov 03 2006, I ordered 2 Team Jersey's and payed $124 for them. It took you guys at least 3 weeks to send me the order and then when I received the order it was missing one Jersey. I've emailed drew7 and the webmaster email addresses on the site many times and still have not received an email on whats going on. You guys are really bad with customer services and orders. I don't think I will ever order from you people again with all this trouble I've been having just to get an answer from you. It's really mess up that you guys are like this I have a lot a friends that wanted to place orders as well but I've told them not to. Thank you for all the headaches and I would like my refund for one Jersey that was never sent, $62.00 to be exact. Will be taking my business else where.

He probably made a new account so he wouldnt get flamed by fanboys. If that really happened than that sucks. Never fun to deal with poor customer support.

Just because they are stoned don't give them the right to rip people off and provide the worst customer support I have ever seen. Till this day I have not had a response from anyone from SA and that's a shame. Goes to show you how much they care about good customers or new ones. Drew knows who this is and I don't have to hide from anyone. As for the stupid a$$ saying that I'm hiding, get your head out your a$$ and stop writing stupidity, If you can find a number on the website let me know and I will call. Do you think I'm doing this for pleasure????

i ordered one... it said my order was declined... i emailed them a copy of my paypal receipt and i finally got it in the mail after that. they never replied to my emails though. there is no # on their website to call.
i don't know who runs their website. don't think its the guys on the team though. could be wrong.

have fun on ur vacation for avoiding the swear filter... Company's make mistakes so be it... Same thing happend to me with CCS and after 5 weeks I finally was refunded...

Hey v8dreaming I did get some emails from drew about my order in the beginning before all this, took him about two weeks to reply but he did and has not ever since I email him about the error on my order. I paid for two jerseys and just got one, it isn't right for anyone to do that.
Wonka if they have better things to do then they shouldn't be selling anything to anyone or get the right people to handle their Shops properly. They just keep looking worst with this, over a month and can't get a reply on anything. Like I said before Customers Beware think twice before you buy anything from there site!

Are you sure that is was for 2 jersey's....that seems pretty cheap for what Jersey's worn by professional teams. That would be some funny !

It's not a big deal. You could have, before this thread to try and make more of an effort to contact someone on the team. I know you spent your possibly hard earned money to get what you want just be I know hard to ask 'more' pacient. You could have atleast tooken subtle approach.
