the impulse is a great gun. You may have to spend some money on upgrades to get it to work at it's peak performance but you have to do that with most guns. Go to the impy board and ask there. You will get a bit of a biased opinion since everyone thinks the marker they own is best. But they should also tell you what upgrades they recommend.

The impulse is the absolute best buy for you money, for well under 500 bucks you have an awsome marker. it comes stock with a smart parts progressive barrel, and a max flow regulator, i would recomend getting the max flow verticle mounted so it acts as a foregrip. Its the only gun in that price range for what its got, and in the future you can costomize the **** out of it, trick it out and have yourself a kick *** tournament level marker

NO. imps are terrible. I had one and my team mate had one we both sold ours.

They chop
they break alot
they are horrible on air.(suck air like a *****)

get a cocker take alittle while and learn how to use them great guns.

Not really .. It just seems like it's a lot of work. But for tinkers, 'Cockers are their God. If you have some money to spend (600-700), I recommend the Rat & Nasty Impys ..

For all we know you didn't take care. I can say the same about 'Cockers, but does that mean it's true? No. But if you happen to change your mind and you do get a 'Cocker, like they say, "If it ain't broke don't fix it." The reason most 'Cockers break down because newbies will mess with it and screw up timing or something, then expect it to still work fine ..
