Breakin through 300 is tough to do. Took me alooong time, but once you get through it, it feels like goin up becomes a bit easier. Im tryin to get 315 for 6 reps clean next week.

You're gonna be disapointed. I was benchin' round 275, then I started going light for some tone and dropped to 200. I also had to take a couple months off because of work so obviusly that hurt a lot, but I have never dropped that much in that short a time and I blame a lot of it on the light lifting I was doing.

I feel bad since I stopped lifting ever since I quit football.

In 7th grade I was probably 5'8'' or so, maybe 150, and was benching close to 200.

Now I'm a sophomore, and can barely do 180, even though I'm 6'6'' and a bit over 200.

thats 65 lbs for 1 10 on each side and 85 for two tens on each side...and 65 lbs is what I started at when I started lifting. Nothing to be ashamed of, you gotta start somewhere.
