squatting is your specialty and you only do 225 15 times? This seems odd as you said you were strong enough to bench 340? I could do 225 like 30+ times as a freshmen in hs, which is the last time I tried to do that many reps. Then I got up to about 480 at the start of junior year, but then ****ed up my knee, so I stopped until about 6 weeks ago. I'm a freshmen in college by the way.
Anyway, I'm 18, 6'2'' 280 (need to cut down to about 235-245).
My max bench is 365 and max squat is 550. I can't clean for ****. Benching is my hardest exercise, I could only do 135 as a freshman, I was about 230 then. It has taken me about 5 years to get where I am now, though I haven't maxed out in a few weeks, I think I could only do about 330 now. When I take even a short time off everything goes down pretty fast. If I take a month or two off, I will go down like 40lbs, but it comes back pretty quickly.
