Changing velocity on trracer?

I just bought one off a friend and went to play at my local field last weekend i chronoed it at about 230 but couldnt figure out how to turn the velocity up on it. After taking it apart at my house i think ive figured it out but would like some other owners inputs. thanks

Check to see if your trracer has one of those adjustable bolts. I believe you can turn a screw on the inside of the face of the bolt. The screw acts like a choke and if you open it up, more air will flow through and increase velocity.

If you do not have an adjustable bolt, your only other option is to get a spring kit. Those cost about $10 and can be found on the Intrawebs. You need a Nelson-style spring kit.

Actually, the if the front bolt is adjustable, it should allow you to change the spring pressure by moving the spring seat on the rear of the bolt.

No worries. I think it's relatively new, at least since the new batch of Mavericks started coming out again.
