I was using a Switch kit a few scenarios ago, it was the quietest barrel i've ever used, even with my stock bolt, and the L7 will help too.

I am not sure the qev helps with noise, all i know that it does is help with efficiency.

qev does NOT affect sound or loudness

only the barrel and the bolt are the main things that do

Two best options for the bolt would be the l6/7 or a Lucky s1v3

Barrel wise, something thats ported very well

Umm... qev allows you to lower dwell and input psi, which will quiet down your gun. Please think before posting!

Actually a QEV will add a slight sound increase do to the increase in speed the forward chamber is dumped. Hardly noticeable really however.

ya it make more noise...

but after you reduce your input pressure and dwell ( which the qev allows you to do ) you will have much quieter shot

If you have a qev and new bolt drop your dwell to about 15 and set input to about 120. Tell me its not quieter.

stiffi barel is the quietest barrel ive ever shot or heard, and ive owned a ton of different barrels'

bolt and qev, yes the qev will actually increase the sound to a very marginal effect but in combination with a bolt your input pressure will greatly be reduced causing the noise level to also drop'

my gun was more quiet then a matrix when i was usuing my stiffi barrel, nano bolt, lucky qev....i was shooting 285fps @100 psi and dwell 10.5ms', i loved it'

havnt been able to test out my l7 yet', but ive sense switched to a sly kit'

if you want quiet id reccomend the stiffi barrel or kit, l7 bolt based upon reviews and based on the fact that it works similar to the nano bolt but is much lighter and i still prefer my nano over the s1v3 that i own', and your choice of qev "avoid sp 360", i reccomend the lucky qev, its same style as the virtue/clippard etc'

I dont think that having a qev a lowering the dwell is going to make the sound a lot quieter. I dont think that it is that noticable.
