Just thought I'd post this for people who may have not seen it, this event is probably the best 1 of the year for anywhere around the NW. The indoor is just amazing, very big, no poles in the middle of the field, and the lighting is wicked. The stands are huge so it's good for spectators. You might wanna sign up soon as the registration is filling.
The 2006 British Columbia Speedball Championships “The Brawl for it All”
We are pleased to announce details for this years final BCPPL event, The Brawl for it All. Last years event was a huge success and we are improving on that. This year will offer a the same great astro-turf field, the paintball biggest trade show in Canada, and the same incredible atmosphere.
Dates and schedule of events
Friday November 17th
3:00pm - Team registration opens (open until 6:00pm)
4:00pm - Fields open for walking by all teams.
6:00pm - Facility closes to public.
6:10pm - Pro-clinic registration.
6:30pm - Pro-clinic starts.
8:30pm - Industry hospitality party (VIP lounge)
9:00pm - Clinic ends (fields open for waliking again)
Saturday November 18th
6:45am - Doors open (registration and paint sales)
7:15am - Heat A Division 3 captains meeting.
7:30am - Heat A Division 3 Games begin!

8:30am - Heat B Division 3 captains meeting.

Team fees and registration
Pre-Registration for teams opens October 4th 2006 at 8:00 am.
All entry fees are due in full at the time of registration, or your entry will be considered null and void. Even if your team won entry it is due in full as a deposit you will be refunded when you check in on the 18th . Only teams that participated in the 2006 BCPPL series may register at this time. We will use teams with the highest points to determine eligibility to enter. The next round of registrations will start October 11th at 8:00am, this round will include teams that participated in the MR series and the IPL series. Again we will use highest points to determine eligibility. If needed we will open registration to all teams on October 14th 2006. The maximum amount of teams we can accept for this event will be 40,(up from 2005). Registration is on a first come first serve basis, if you miss the deadlines…..oh well . This includes BCPPL teams playing for the series titles. Remember fees are due in full at time of registration! This event will sell-out immediately, so please register immediately!
Division 3/Rookie: $450.00

Division 1/Amateur: $750.00

VIP Staging area
Because of the limited space for staging, and the waits between games, we have pleased to offer all teams (of means) a private, luxury staging option. The cost will be $300.00 per team,for the weekend, and there will be 5 such spots available. This option includes:
- 10x20 private, heated, walled area for the whole weekend! (not shared)
- two 4x6 tables
- 5-7 chairs
- 2 garbage cans
- easy field access
- field view from the players lounge
- free flats of water and free fruit
- paint delivery by your private paint concierge
- 2 free pit passes for staff ($20.00 value)

Pro Clinic
Plans are still being finalized for the 2007 Brawl pro-clinic. Oliver Lang will be back! Danny Miller and Jesse Lyon will also be back! We are waiting for confirmation on two or three more guys….we will announce when we are sure.
The pro-clinic at Brawl will be from 6-8:30pm on November 17th.The cost will be $100.00 and paint will be available for $60.00 per case. You may pay by Credit Card or Cheque. Payment must be recieved by October 31st.Spaces for this clinic are limited to 25 participants, so please register early.
Hotels
We have made special arrangments again for great deals a two local hotels. Special booking instructions will be up on the event site as soon as we receive booking codes.
Schedule of events
The timelines for the actual games is going to be tight. Expect to start early and finish late. The weekend in whole should be a lot of fun with lots of special things planned.
There will be no Friday night practice this year.Field layout will be available well before the tournament.

Trade Show
The trade show at "The Brawl" is easily the largest paintball trade show now in Canada! One week after World Cup in November, shoppers and spectators will get a first look at the newest 2007 gear available from the biggest names in Paintball in Canada. Plus lots of other cool stuff from non-paintball related companies! This years show will easily surpass last years, with more big names and more great products. Autograph sessions will be happening all weekend also!
Spectators
Unfortunately because of higher insurance costs associated with the event, we will again have to charge a small admission to this years Brawl. Tickets will be available at
www.ticketweb.ca and any not sold will be available at the door on a first come firt serve basis. There are maximum capacity restrictions in place at the venue, so tickets are very limited.
Spectators will be pleased with new production improvments this year including, big screen scoreboard,spotlights, music between games, and colour commentary by Danny Miller, Oliver Lang, and Stormin Norman.
There will also be limited “VIP Ultra lounge” tickets available for access to the broadcast booth area. You can buy these tickets even if you are playing in the event. Hang out with your favourite pros and watch all the games from 20 feet above the field while playing X-box 360 on the big screen in the privacy of the VIP room!
