For some reason I keep getting this error on like every 2 threads I visit
Can someone help me I already reboot my iPhone and still the same

I started to notice that it only happens when I'm not on wifi even when I have full bars

I deleted the app off my phone and reinstalled it as a friend said and I don't have the problem anymore

i have the same problem. id say it happens 3 out of every 5 threads i open. SO annoying. and i can't go to the last page of ANY thread.

And the problem is back again just as bad. Kinda sick of having to delete and reinstall the app. It would be really nice if we could get some info from a staff member. There is obviously free time that can be used in addressing this problem since there is time to make new smileys

This happens to me on the ipad aswell. Only thing that works for me is to restart the ipad itself.

What part of "I don't develop the app" don't you understand? I've said countless times that I'm pretty much powerless as far as debugging/fixing app errors. If you have issues, post as much debug info as you can at forumrunner.net's support forums, and follow up with the actual app developers.

just a post here saying "info is being passed on" or something like that showing acknowledgment of the issue would help. the way it was, it seemed like the issue is just being ignored. 2 weeks of nothing, and the issue is still there makes it seem like nobody cares about the issue

Me "passing" the info along does nothing to help debug it as far as the developer is concerned because I am not the one experiencing the problem, and have no information regarding OS versions, app versions, exact steps taken to reproduce the issues etc. If you want it fixed, post on the support forums.

So let me get this, I pay for the app, I support the forum and there is nothing the mods can do or pass the info to the developers so they can take care if the issue, maybe we need new mods. I also posted this on the bug reports section, I figure that's what is for or is here just for sh... And giggles.

Yes, you're now getting it. I did not create that app. I do not have the source code for it. We pay for a branded version of forumrunner. I can't fix a bug in the source code of an app I don't have any more than I could ask you to fix a bug in PbNation Pursuit.
If I were to "pass" this along, the very first thing the developer would ask me is a bunch of questions about the devices you are using, their OS versions, what app versions you're using, possibly what settings you have set in the app, what steps you take to reproduce the error, if it seems to happen in particular forums or threads, etc.
I'm the middle man here, and I'm cutting myself out because it's futile to try to guess what kind of information the app developers will need and then play "whisper down the lane" trying to get the information passed back and forth when it would be more expedient for all parties involved for you to just go talk to them.
