never played rookie (or higher) before is what I believe he wants, you can call them and ask if you would like.
As for the discounted practice, I do not know yet, I will call them right now and find out the answers to your questions, and get back to you.
EDIT:
It will be free field fee for the discounted practice.
And I will get back to everyone once we are solid on what beginner is classified as.

dave im sure will say as stated above never played rookie .... hmmm so i hear apex is considering making a run for it???? might be worthwhile tourney.... if you know me from tournaments hit me up on myspace or pm me i wouldnt mind a throwtogether team for this one

I talked to him on the phone and hel left it open to us, so he said we could keep it true beginner (if this is your first year of beginner series events, you can enter) or if you have played 4 or less tournaments you can enter, but it is undecided as of now, so we will have to get back to you all on that..
but yes, it should be pretty good for event for the winning teams, considering our first prize was the same as Splat's entire series prize

especially WOA as they have played more than 4 rookie tournys!
