At Fearless Fighters, near Eureka, Missouri. At the end of each month, they are hosting a 3-man tournament on the airball field. First place is $500.

I believe tourney admission is $70 - $75.


Basically, there is no quota that needs to be filled for teams. If 6 teams show up, the tournament will have 6 teams, etc, etc.

Yes, first place is $500 (cash I am assuming). They are open tourneys, any 3 man team can come and play. As far as I know, they are using standard tournament rules.... Fearless doesn't have the greatest speedball field around, but they're tournaments. It's mostly a recball park, but I don't really care.

Ok, just found this. I was a little wrong on some parts but this is it straight from the site:

-Beginning Sunday Jan, 28th 2007

-$75.00 Entry Fee per team. This includes all day air and open play games after the tournament.

-First game starts at 12 noon

-A preregistration of 6 teams and deposit of $50.00 is required one week before tournament date. If we do not have 6 teams there will not be a tourn.

-No teams are allowed to enter after preregistration date.

-Maximum amount of teams is 10. If needed there will be more than one division.

-Paintballs must be purchased that day at fields. A case of 2000 is $60.00.

-We rent customised equipment from a basic A/5 with high pressure for $10 to a fully auto A/5 with all the works. We recommend preregistration of these markers.

I was looking at the site but are these going to be on a airball field or just a thrown together speedball field with barrels and whatnot

It's not the best field around. They have bunkers, almost like cans but more rounded, on their sides. By the bunkers they put up a sturdy plywood thing. When I was up there Saturday that's the way it was and they had a Dorito in the middle of the field. They will most likely make it nicer for a tourney tho-- I was just there for open play.
