Which is none - nuclear testing has been banned and since the treaties regarding it hasn't been done by any of the original nuclear powers. So, you're saying they shouldn't do it then, right?

I don't really care if North Korea detonates nukes. Well actually I like if they do. Simply put, the more scary they get the more friends we have. The more friends we have, the sooner North Korea loses its legs and falls down.

Yeah, we used to be hunting communist, now we are hunting atomic bomb carrying terrorists because its what our government and the media is making us afraid of. As crazy Kim Jong-il is, he isn't stupid, nor is the North Korean Government. They realize if they ever fire a nuke off, they will be knocked off the face of the earth. North Korea is different then Iran, although I don't think Iran will fire one off if the get one, North Korea doesn't have some crazy Jihad, radical islamic idea that fuels them, they have no reason to shoot one off. We don't have anything to worry about.

The real danger is not from a North Korean ICBM launch. The danger is the sale of a nuclear bomb to anti-American terrorist organizations. Having rogue nations with nuclear arsenals is indeed a very great threat that must be taken seriously, unless a mushroom cloud over Los Angeles or New York City doesn't bother you.

I hate when people say other countries should not have nukes. We made, sold, tested and used nukes. Now all of a sudden it is "bad" for everyone else to have them.
Our current government likes to spoon feed everyone fear and scare tactics. It is time for everyone to think for themselves. |

North Korea to have a detterrent must have at least 10 nuclear missiles. Until then they won't sell any.
California is safe though because we have Hollyood and Kim loves Hollywood.

What does that have to do with anything? It is an interesting development in world politics. Maybe you need to look up the definition of interesting, it applies to the situation perfectly. Also, this isn't the start of WW3 or anything of the sort, despite what you may think, the world isn't any worse off than it ever was, the media/internet makes information exponentially more free to everyone, so it seems worse than it really is.
