Four Horsemen theme by Gruntbull Anodizing

I chose a Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse theme for my gun, more specifically the white horsemen, the first horsemen characterized by wearing a crown who has the power to conquer.

The pictures arn't as great as I'd like them to be, I'm still learning all the settings on my digitial camera, but here it is. A clear dust finish with polished dust tattoos. I've got the main Four Horsemen symbol on the right side and "conquest" on the left along with roman number ones on the clamping feedneck and on the back of the grip frame.

Todd from Gruntbull made this whole process go as smooth and stress free as possible. The customer service and support were outstanding with Todd and his team being extremely knowledgable on all aspects of his work. The gun came out exactly how I wanted, right down to the last detail.

Thanks again Todd.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Four_Ho...the_Apocalypse

There are Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse as mentioned in the Bible, the Revelation chapter 6, verse 1-8.

The first of those Four Horsemen is the White Horsemen, which is the theme of my gun. Since he's the first Horsemen I have the roman number "one" tattoo'd on the clamping feedneck and back of the grip frame. I chose a clear dust finish since it's close to white and goes along with the theme. The White Horsemen in the Bible represents conquest so I wanted the text "conquest" tattoo'd on the side of the gun. As stated in the Bible the White Horsemen also wears a crown, that's why I have a crown symbol next to the "conquest" text.

The last guy could be the anti-Christ!

Anyway, it's a very good idea. It looks nice and clean. Just expect to be explaining it a lot. Not very many people know the Bible well enough to get the referance.

Actually the First Horseman is believed to be either Christ, The Antichrist or the False Prophet. Most widely accepted is, The Antichrist. Christ is commonly referred to as the Fifth Horseman.

A wealth of useless knowledge I am. Plus two years of Religous studies seems to help, ironically I'm not a religous man.

Back on topic...another great job by Todd and the boys of Gruntbull.

The theme though, I will have to agree when alot of people here. Your going to get alot of questions on what the theme actually means

Totally, it was part of the original planning, I wanted something really unique, almost so unique that it would require explanation to most of the people who see it. That way I'd know the design/theme would be in someways original to me and have a sort of personalized feeling.

If the people dont know what the it is about, well maybe it can spur more thought into things they Need in their life.

Thing is, most kids are going to go...."Whats that mean" and he will tell them....they will be like....."oh...cool" and walk away. Their not actually going to absorb its meaning

That is ok, they dont have to absorb it, it is his ano nothing more.

But, and let me not get too soap boxish on this, what if it spurs a thought that actually makes someone look deeper into it, and they find something that they NEED in their life.

But the real question is, does it still use paint and air or does it run on manna from heaven???? J/K

That is a very clean, well thought out marker. Gives me some great ideas for the future with my PM6 BTW who did the job?
