Probably the best upgrades for that price.

yup anywere from 12 to 20. 360 from sp is the highest priced but is also the best. They help with faster action and air efficiency(sp)

actualy a lot of ppl say that the 360 is a hit or miss and most ppl can only get there dwell to 20 with it. i'd go with a clipperd qev instead. i got my dwell at 15. there like $15. u can get one used for like $8 off here
up to u though

Never buy a used qev, they are probably one of the cheapest upgrades for an Ion and your really just buying someone elses problem. But do a search on ebay, they are usually $13-15 and come with teflon tape already applied and free hoses.

i have a sp 360 and have a dwell of 12. but i have heard clippards are really nice especially with the quick disconnect.
