S1v3 problem
Ok so heres the problem. I installed my S1v3 and today when I aired it up the bolt shot forward and then wouldnt even return or if any at all. I just kept doing these little 1/4 in. movements back and forth. I have no clue whats going on but I need some help. Im using the tophat bolt stop and the s3 if that helps any.

You need to use the new green bolt stop that came with it. I think thats what you are using.
I would lube it up more and make sure the bolt stop is in properly.

How do you get your bolt stop in? I have to push mine in with a screwdriver around the back of it for it to seat properly.

Yep they all look fine. Which way does the top hat go in? I have it with the flat side facing front. (not the small cyclinder-esque side)

when you put the bolt head into the breech, does it seem to have a lot of resitence?

so your saying that the bolt doesnt return all the way? just goes back a tiny bit?
another question
is the sound from the gun when you shoot the same as it was before? or quieter?

I cant tell you if its quiter. Once the gun is aired up the bolt immediatly slams forward and tried to cycle.

Ok new problem.
Instead of the bolt flying forward and trying to return, the bolt just flies forward and stays there.

Is it a possible solenoid issue? It might be stuck in the "popped" position (I wouldn't know how, perhaps a piece of dirt or bad board), and because (I assume) you're using a stage 2 (or stage 5) that you wouldn't have any air coming out through the bolt. My suggestion is to make sure your noid is functioning properly, that you haven't crossed the mid and rear banjos (I know this is a ridiculous comment, but who knows), and that you have enough inline pressure to allow the forward air-chamber to push your bolt back.
