Buy a bolt retractor tool. Sears, Lowes, and Home Depot all carry them.

You will have to buy a new banjo fitting. punisherspaintball.com sells all stock replacement parts.

It is more carless people touching internals they obviously do not understand. You can not burteishly torque a banjo fitting.

Too bad on the broken parts, but you get an opportunity to get an upgrade or pick a color you like, hehe.

he said an angel, not an ion, but to get to the part related to this thread:

this happened to my QEV (i guess i torqued it too much and it was breaking) cuz mine actually broke while i was removing my qev -.- neways i used a metric allen wrench (cant remember the size) and some locktite, and i just unscrewed the broken piece out, u really dont need to buy a remover kit

I just barely snug them down with a QEV. Doesn't ever leak and I don't think they require more force than that. I take the thing apart almost every two cases.

Bummer to hear... but fixeable for sure.

You have to be gentel when screwing in the banjos. They are hollow for the purpose of air flow. You must make sure they are being threaded straight into the hole and not at angle and screw the banjo in slowly and make sure not to overturn it once it is in all the way.

To answer your question about the QEV, you can only replace the middle banjo that attaches to the breech area with a QEV.

You can buy a replacement fitting from www.punisherspb.com
