All DM's and PM's can be run off HP or LP tanks.

All DM's and PM's also use matrix threaded feed necks (however be warned that some newer feed neck will be to short to fix on the older DM's and PM's).

DM's and PM's run just fine with either LP Tanks or HP tanks. Neither one is better.
