is the o ring in the feedneck the same as the 1's on the bolt and other parts of the gun?

b/c i wanted to see if this lube i ahve withh eat them

the feedneck orings seem to be alot bigger than any found on the bolt/bolt stop.

What lube do you plan to use? Anything oil based lube such as Gun Oil and Dow 55 will simply swell your orings, and inhibit performance of the bolt. It causes more friction. I dont know of any oring eating, or else it would of killed bolt orings on my spyder long ago, and bob long wouldnt suggest it as lube for the timmy.

Stuff like Dow 33, or anything dow 33 and non oil based are ok.

i dont think they are the same size. they have different buna ratings too.

They arn't the same size, one is 22x1MM I believe, I have it written down but not on hand.

i wanted to use ball bearing oil, its meant for ball bearings for roller skates

so i tried them witht eh lube and nothin has happened yet



maybe they arent the same material
