Exclamation Programmer Cable and Dwell Settings

If any one out there is using the programmer cable and has modified their dwell setting please post them as well as the results you are achieving with them.

So far the only post I have seen is Winnie's and that is what I am using with good sucess.

I figured that with everybody pushing for AKALMP to get it on the market more than one or two people would be using it and posting their results!!!!!!!

I used Winnie's settings with good results till my loader went down, I am going to wait till I get a better loader to tweak the settings a little more.

I have one and use it at tournaments and the like to set other peoples rof for free. I have a text file with the different settings but it's on my laptop at the warehouse. I'll post the numbers tomorrow when I go in.

I set my teams guns to

10/2/65/17

This gives me a ROF of 10.62 bps. Works well, I'll have to wait and see if I can go lower after the initial break in peroid.

I just got the data link and used it to reset my excal to the factory defaults. I did this because I was getting so many pinches while playing with the gun set at 11.25. when I ordered the data link I also picked up the high rise, tool kit and some extreme lube so Ill see how things turn out. if I dont have any pinches with the new setting and the high rise, I will slowly turn them up and see what works for me.

Try Winnie's settings if you haven't already, I found that they work good if you have a good loader.

Here is the info I have in my "cheat" file;

12.65 bps 11 1 44 23 Nick likes
12.98 bps 11 1 44 21

11.90 bps 12 1 48 23 rec by Aaron if new but worn
11.90 bps 11 1 49 23 rec by Aaron if gun is worn in well

I highly recomend a good loader and batteries in it.

ActionJunkie!

What would you consider New but Worn and Worn in Well, in terms of Shot count? For Instance:

8000 shots = New but Worn
16000 shots = Worn in Well

Those shot numbers are probably as good as any. Those are the numbers Aaron gave me at ZAP.

I had good luck today with some new setting. the settings are 11 1 50 23 for 11.76. I have not had any pinches with this new setting but I also just instald the high rise. went through over 1600 balls today with no problems
