Well this is a problem that has mainly been a factor with Hybrid Shells. For some reason they are more brittle than Halo or Empire shells and I believe Hybrid is in the midst of switching to a higher quality/more forgiving plastic.
I'm sure it may have happened on Halo or Empire shells but to my knowledge those are few & far in between.
And B'sides... he feednecks already go on bloddy tight as is so the Headlock as you call it should only be torqued down a smidge to ensure it wont fall out so ease up a bit. This is afterall Plastic going up against Metal.

So from what ive read so far, does anyone use a reloader B or halo on their onyx without any problems whatsoever? Or has everyone with a halo or reloader experienced a few problems

I am running a reloader b on mine. I had to do a bit of adjusting with the LPR but it is working well now. I have just have had it recommended to me that the Vlocity seems to work the best due to lower pressure on the ball stack.

i sent my onyx back to blast bcs there was a prob wiht my bolt, there was a sharp edge causing it to chop paint. they also said, when i talked to them on the phone, that they put a HPR schrader valve in the gun. what exacly is this and what does it do?
also my gun seems to run away when its on ramp, is there anyway to stop this with out putting the spring back in? i honestly donot like the feel of the spring and like the trigger much much more with out it

Odd I never heard of that before
HPR schrader valve in the gun. what exacly is this and what does it do?
when you take you torpedo apart an you see that pin on the upper half of the torpedo its just changes that you can use both HP & LP air systems

You can either set your dipswitch for debounce on high, an see if that cure the issue or you can change you activation point your trigger or you can do the magnet mod on the trigger
|
There you go

the only way i could make it stop going full auto was i had to put a pen spring that makes the trigger stiff as hell. i put the dbounce setting (dipswitch 2) to on (maximum setting) still runs away, i tried adjusting the activation points but the screw wont move. the allen key that fits it like catches and then spins (like its to small) but one bigger doesnt fit. i dont think its stripped...now my trigger is horrible lol

Send it in to BLAST. It should not just bounce all the time. You can achieve a proper adjustment on the Trigger so it functions properly but if you can't get it to do so, BLAST can.
Call them up to set it all up.
ROB.

1/16" allen wrench is what is required to adjust your trigger.

Is there a way i can turn the air flow ALL the way off via the HPR? Like, unscrew the adjuster screw to flush or past that so i dont risk over pressurizing the gun upon gasup? I really dont like not using an on/off, so i have one in the mail, but i really wanna try this tomorrow and i hate not having a bleeding on/off
