any chance for B/S/T for Tippmann marker and acces. only in the tippmann forum? Or would that open a can of too many problems

every other specific marker forum would want one. then that would make the site slower which means a new server and that costs more money so they have to charge more for asm or charge you to access the site

They would never make this a pay site; soooo many people would just stop coming, and then the advertising money would absolutely hit rock bottom.

thats what i was trying to say but couldnt word it quite right. but im sure if they charged new people to join, it would end all the spamming.

That depends on how much they charged and how much traffic this site still got. It might be worth the $5 or $10 to a company just to get their message out to the users of pbnation. All I know is that if they start demanding money just to post here, I'm gone; this isn't the only paintball site out there, just the best.

split the gun subforums into 2 groups, general talk, and equipment questions/problems.

example: click on tippmann, then you go to another screen that says general talk or equipment questions/problems.

i get annoyed how the good threads get covered up with "will this ebolt work on my gun" "whats my serial number" "will my gun take an E-grip?" "new board doesnt work" etc. etc.

^^^ THAT one won't fly - we aren't a big enough subform to need additional subforums. It doesn't nearly get crowded enough for that to become anything more than conveniance.

im thinking a newer mega ebolt faq type thread should be made.....such as how to change the board, 2way the ram, add a qev, or build an entire kit from scratch.....along with some info on installing eyes

and info on making your own lp kit

I'm working on a new and improved Mega FAQ page which will include something along these lines. I have actually been working on it for a bit each day for the past week or so, it will be quite extensive.
As for the LPK, making a homemade LPK isn't the easiest task. Making the valve into one that can opperate at low pressure isn't hard, but the problem arrives because you need a volumizer to get the necessary amout of gas for each shot. The volumizer that comes with the LPK is almost necessary unless you find/make another one with an equal or greater volume.

If you have any more ideas or anything you want to be on the new FAQ page, post them all here. If it is suitable, I will include in the new FAQ any pictures, animations, diagrams, videos, threads (and more) that you give me.

well for the volumizer, you could simply use a piece of pvc pipe, seal the top and bottom, and at the top have an air through screw type of thing, and tap into a v/a, and just screw the volumizer in....the hardest part would be having threads on the top of the volumizer, but wouldnt be impossible

To be honest, I don't want to be holding a piece of PVC piping containing 450 PSI unless it is rated that high. And if it is infact rated that high then it will probably be rather thick (hence making it ugly).

we do actually have one... minus the flatline VS apex, but we have a barrel/accuracy/flatline thingie...

I was actually working on that not 20 minutes ago for the new FAQ. I'm beginning to think it is being overdone, but oh well, haha.
