Yes - and it would have to be leaking massively for the gun not to shoot more than one shot. You should probably call the shop

my 08 indy should arrive sometime this week. so i was reading through the manual and it said to leave the lpr alone (unless i want to fine tune the marker). considering im not the first owner the chance that the lpr was adjusted is pretty good.

where should the lpr be for stock settings?

im also going to have the WAS board? can someone link me to a manual for that board.

also, the guy put in the 2010 solenoid.. why would he do this, what is special about the new one?

and it has the 2010 reg, does this use the same orings as the 2008 one? (because if i buy an oring kit from someone i want to make sure i have the right reg orings)

edit: i will also have the mayday barrel kit... can the CF tip be swabbed with the fuzzy swabs?

thanks

swabs should be fine in the cf tip

and the new noid is more reliable than the old noids that the 08s used to run on

he bought the indy from me (i bought it from inferno who bought it from me about 6 months ago).

i linked you the manual through a pm firefoxx. the reason for the 2010 noid, is if you over pressurize the gun it will purge itself so it doesnt blow out. for the reg, its much more consistent then the 08. as for the reg o-rings, idk. the lpr, once again not sure but its shooting well now

Alien's O-Rings are not exposed to outside elements (Timmy and EGO's are exposed between the O-Rings in the ram) therefore changing O-Rings isn't necessary for a very long time!
Changing O-Rings is the most common reason for guns to be sent in.
Your rammer can go several years without service - it is a 010 O-Ring. Those are the only 2 moving O-Rings - why change the others? LPR and HPR O-Rings are not going to wear out.
Shoot the gun - clean the bolt - lube the HPR and LPR O-Ring's once or twice a year and leave the gun alone... just my 2 cents

I got my indy annod and took it out to play but never could get it to chrono past 220.

Im guessing i might have put the shims in the hpr on wrong?
they are like )()()(.

dwell- 12
lpr- 1 turn out from flush
hpr- I start from 0 and it never gets higher than 220.

Anything else? Everything been lubed. TWO brand new batteries. Iv'e upped the dwell and lowered the dwell. Upped the lpr and lowered it. Still nothing

If you or a buddy have a spare reg I would put it on and see - start there

I put on a hyper2 and got it to about 280 when it was all the way up....
Anything else i can try?

Is there any reason why the stock reg wouldn't get up to pressure?

Well i think i MIGHT have found my problem. I found a little spacer washer that goes in the very bottom of the reg but don't have air to test it. Would that possibly cause the gun not to be able to chrono up to 300?

Yup, that spacer goes in the reg up near the top(if the reg is on the gun). It should have the bend facing down. It sort of holds the rest of the guts in. If it's not in properly you won't have the same tension on your shim stack and that can cause the problem for sure.

Not the Shim that's on top of the piston.

Its like below the ball bearing at the very bottom.
