Eh, I do it IF needed to get fps, which in most cases it isn't. As long as the poppet is closing fast enough, you're better off than if it is dwelling too long (Loud, inefficient guns!)

In this case you should be fine since I believe Lurker's Elgenram ships with the lighter Poppet Spring (being that he's n excellent & thorough tech ). This is a key element that for the most part went un-noticed and even you may not have known it was necessary.

Dragon 2.5 already have every upgrade you need on the stock. The Stock bolt works the best, Stock detents work great, Spike Ram is really good, it comes with an Adj Ram Cap; it comes with a volly; it comes with a clamping feedneck; it comes with a roller bearing trigger; it comes with a great HPR (Torpedo);

If you had to get something get a barrel that matches the paint that you shoot.

If you get delrin pistons for the Torpedo..... then its even better....

The stock Torpedo is a great regulator. From testing, it is more consistant than the Detonator, CP, Shocktech, etc.
