Trigger? Battery? Wiring?
Some basic q's here:
I got my brother's old RM up and clicking again. The noids click... not sure if it fires yet tho
How fast will the four AA bats run out if i pull the trigger around my house?
Is there any quick easy way to hook up a 9 volt or rig something real quick to my hopper instead of the four AA bats?
When i put my trigger frame back on... it took me like 45 mins hence those 4 damn wires not getting in the groove. Any easier way?
Wat type of grease or oil shud i use on my bold... is there anything else i need to lube after a long time of not playing with this thing?
Trev

the 4 AA batterys should give roughly 20,000 clicks of the MAC valve...roughly
to get a 9v battery to run on the RM, youll need to order a 6v reg from Radio Shack(they have to custom order it--they dont stock a 6v reg) and install it as shown on the RMOG Website. If you want some help doing this, i can do this work and have done this kind of wrok before.
as for the wires, they truely are a pain. I t takes me forever to get the grip frame back together if i take it apart....good luck,....and ive worked on many RMs and had them apart all too often
finally for oil, i recomend the cheap Automatic Transmission Fluid found at ACE, TrueValue or any Auto parst store. Its great oil, resores orings and is about $2 for a pint...lasting much longer than youll ever need

Thanks, my dad should have that stuff.
Another thing i noticed... it may be a bad thing. The noid makes diferent noises at different angles, and I am pretty sure it is not my ears or watever. Wen I point it down the noid makes more of a muffled weak click... wen i point it up it is more of a clear click that seems louder. Does this mean i need to clean them somehow... is it like cleaning the noids on a shocker?
Will my RM only fire sometimes hence the noids being wierd?
Maybe i will search around and look for some maintenance ****.

i dunno....I havnt notcied that ever on mine, but its surely something to look into. i bet well find out when you get some air?
as for cleaning the 'noid, theres not much you can clean like most 'noids. This one is made to be serviced by techs. You can get a new one if you need it at the BEOG Store.

OK... it works... but i think it needs cleaning or something... I can fire it fast without air... but with air it won't go past like 6/sec. It like clicks with a lil air...
