I believe I've been scammed for the Shocktech Shocker listed in my sig by Sasa311, who is now banned. I had my friend check e-bay and Sasa's listed location is New York, and the guy I sent to was in Howell, NJ. I believe he may have stolen this guy's Ebay Identity and Feedback.

I agreed to ship first with a tracking number and the guy checked out at first when I first called the cell cause no one answered but the voicemail, and it said something about Cory and can't come to the phone so I figured it ok. I was obviously wrong. I need help in whatever way anybody can give me.

1. File police reports with your local PD. Then contact his local PD and file said charges providing them with the police reports from your local PD. Try to speak to the same guy at his local PD. You will probably have to fill out a general affidavit.
2. File mail fraud charges. http://www.usps.com/postalinspectors...dComplaint.htm
3. File a IFCC complaint: http://www.ic3.gov/
4. Use www.411.com to use the reverse lookup feature to find a phone number for him/her.
5. You can also contact your state attorney general and file with their cyber crime department, who will contact the local police departments and speed the process along.

Keep contacting the police on a regular basis.
Contact his parents if he is under 18.

Yes, it does say delivered so I know the gun was received at that location. I have contacted my local sheriff's department who is sending a deputy out tomorrow I believe to get all the information. I've filed every other complaint that PJ gave me. Thanks a lot for the help.
