PBK Pistons

OK, i ordered the delrin pistons, and im wondering. Since there delrin, i know your not supposed to lube them, BUT what about the orings? These are very similar to the VP so if anyone has info im all ears. Thank You

you lube the o-rings, dow, or whatever, i use blu goo on my lpr and works amazing imo

Yes, you still need to apply lubricant to the o-rings.

I'd toss something like Hater Sauce on it. I've found it doesnt swell the orings at all and is an awesome lubricant. The big reason I wouldnt use Dow55 on those pistons is because the pistons can swell with enough Dow55. I've seen a number of them that I've had to sand down becuase they get stuck in the regs, so the pressure cant be adjusted becuase of the swelling.

the pistons relle shouldnt swell... the pistions are made with closed cell delrin.. close cell meaning they wont swell when u lube it... the cells are baked close so they wont absorbe the lube... the orings on the other had will swell with dow 55.... witch will cause the piston to get stuck....
