Read your manual...It tells you how to dissasemble the Ion. Then replace the middle banjo with the QEV, simple as that...

I had an NDZ one and it worked flawlessly. Very happy with it - Im now running a Smartparts Maxflow Micro which is ok but the on/off isnt as nice.

I just switched from a CP to a Hybrid push button on/off, it's awesome. You never realize how annoying it is to twist it on and off until you can just push a button to do it (it bleeds it also!)
