Dual eyes eh? If the first beam is broken, it won't shoot. The second beam works the same as always. No more double feeds.

Nope. That actually make no sense. Think about it... There is ALWAY a stack of balls in the feedneck waiting to be fed into the marker. If your thoery was correct the Marker would NEVER fire.

From a scale of 1 - 10, Id say you mighty COLD. LOL

Not if it's spaced right though... Remember, these are spheres. If it's posistioned back a little further than where the balls meet, it would be able to fire still, and if the next ball is too far down in the breech, it won't fire because the wider part of the profile of the ball would be hitting the beem...

**Then again, it does appear that you work for Blast... I have a feeling even if it could possibly work, you would know better than I would if it was even near a thought to Bob and the gang...

Would it be one set of eye pushes the bolt forward an the other set retracts the bolt from the breach?

yes the gun would fire, when the bolt moves foward, its bringing a ball with it, now there is no ball in the beam. the bolt is in the beam. And with these boards, most likely the beam is monitoring the bolt movement, like WAS boards do. and proly every other board does as well

I thought this marker was intended to be Bob's flagship marker, repplacing timmies. This led me to believe that 06 timmies were no longer gonna be produced, but is this assumption wrong, seeing as to how a Ripper3 is supposedly gonna be released?

I don't ever remember seeing anything that said this is going to be his new flagship marker. Just a new marker and marker design from Bob.

Terry said it in the news, thread, I'm gonna try to go find the quote in a sec. I think, I could be wrong though
Edit: I can't find the quote, but I remember either Terry or Jim saying something to that effect. Again, Im most likely wrong though.

From my understanding the eyes work like this....

The first set of eye's see the ball and then prepare the marker to fire. The second set act like traditional eye's and wont let the marker fire until the ball is there.

When you do this with a bunch of balls the board can then time the speed and everything zooms along and out the barrel.

That is my redneck version of it. But I could be wrong....
