Don't know if it's been said, but when paintball gets hit, the baller should actually walk off the field just like in real life. People walking off the feild is big part of paintball.

ball breaks where u have to swab. 3man, 5man, and 7man games with moving ref's. field walk offs. snap shooting. paint checks. realistic money value being spent for tournys, upgrades, guns, gear... etc. sponsors (but rather hard to get). team trading/switching. communication. different skill level players (some good... some excelent... and some noobs). rec ball and tourney play. team management. practices (where u can actually make ur team better). realistic guns in tournys (you wouldnt see a tippman in a NPPL tourny)everything everybody else said sound good too... call me greedy if u want. lol. just suggestions though.
story mode would be cool too. u start off with a spyder or A5 or something like that in recball, get better, upgrade stuff, recruit people for teams, go to different division tourneys (starting off at like.. D5 and moving up). then, getting to D1 while getting sponsors along the way (not nessissarly all PB sponsors though, but to where they help u out with cash, entry and gear... etc.) then being able to play pro players/teams.
just examples, not going to be bitter if they arent used.
good job so far, cant wait for it to be finished.
-Jay

Everyone has good ideas if you could most of those in the game im sure it would be sick. Also it would be cool if you could get traded or trade your players. And if they had detailed stats for all the players like what position they played best what bunkers they play best. **** like that might be cool.

Also make sure to call the balls Paintballs instead of like ammo or bullets or somthin. And call the "guns" markers!

thanks for the critiques thus far. It would be awsome to get some more of you over there. Some of these suggestions are already implemented. We have an about page there on the site and a video diary where we lay out the entire game. So if you find the time, help us out.
-thank you.
And the marker youre mentioning was made before we decided to make a full conversion. So stick around until you see the new models before you critque the art.
Also we feel gameplay is more important than art. Ask greg hastings.

Well, I haven't seen any of these suggestions here, but I'm not sure whether you have these in yet.
-With the reload system, rather than putting exactly enough paintballs into your hopper to fill it, have it be a straight 100 or 140 up to the maximum to signify putting a loader tube in.
-Make sure to model all your characters with masks, as to encourage people who use this as a gateway into actual paintball to wear masks.
-I thought I saw some health upgrades on the one video, I don't think those should stay.
-Make a couple more fields. Maybe have a hyperball field, a woodsball field, and some mock battlefield.
-Take bounces into account. Maybe like one out of 3 balls will bounce and not do anything.
-If possible, make a customizable soundtrack. Maybe have a folder in with the program files where you could put MP3s that would play for you during the game.
-Have at least 2 fire buttons so you can walk your keyboard/trigger, and make sure you can rearrange your controls as you see fit.
