damn i was watching that excal too. thought it ended tomorrow my days are mixed up... but about the excals/vikings being compared to imps. today at the field i got asked is that an impulse, is that an angel, and this one i held my laughter in because i didnt want to be an ***... is that a autococker? lmao... ahh the great fun playing with rec ballers...

Somebody once asked if my Viking was an old protoype Impulse. A few weeks back, somebody mistook it for an NYX Matrix.

Yeah, just about every time I play I get asked if its an angel. Doesnt happen as much with my Highlander tho...

2003 matrix... retail 900... now used 250.

I would say.. that vikings/excals are holding value twice as long as most other markers for the time period. Thease arnt freaking classic cars here.... they are just paintball guns. Just like any other thousand dollar item they eventually lose its value.

1. who wants something used
2. who wants something old

Rare things is what makes other peoples willingless to pay for it. That is what increases its value. Quite simply the reason resale in paintball is so horrible is because nobody wants the old stuff. It's only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it. It just so happens that AKA guns are worth almost twice as much as any other gun for the time period. Not to bad ide say.

Also because they can still outperform most if not all of the compition. If I didnt believe my Viking was better than anything else out there, I wouldnt be shooting it.
