i ref a one of the local paintball fields and i cant get over the number of people who lift thier masks int the middle of the games and when the game is over. just last sunday i had a guy lift his mask while his buddy was but on his barrel plug but the barrel was right in the guys face. despite me telling him to put the mask on he risked his buddy shooting him in the face.

i ref and i cant say enough keep yor mask on i had to make a rule after the 2 time i yell at you u turn around and i get ny pmr 2 pods and a full tank and i unload\only 15 sots croned at 130 fps and dump the pods on the ground but it works i also got shot in the eye but bye a bb gun and i can see but there will always be a scare\i only see thanks 2 1 nurse and here quik thinking

I went paintballing for my first time a little while ago with some friends, not at an official place or whatever just out in the woods, and we had like a 2 hour war, and then we decided to stop, and I took off my mask because I thought we were done, and there was this one jerk that decided to shoot me twice in the face from like 5 feet away........... it has discouraged me from paintballing........

kid is amazing .... lol I love my eyes....... I scream at kids that take off there mask after they get shot out and while the game is still going and if they don't listen I go tell the owner --- ez ban

Props to the kid for getting back up and playing shows true dedication to how important paintball is!

i saw a guy get shot right between the eyes point blank (he thought there was only co2). it was after hours at cpx

i cant believe they were even able to play so many games without one of them
getting shot, i really feel bad for him but im glad he can still come back.
it scares me, and i'll never do this again, but looking through my barrel for paint without a mask when my gun is on.

I really don't see how anyone could be stupid enough to take off a mask when you're in the crossfire of balls going that fast.

Btw, if you have problems with kids who don't fully understand the value of fps, give it to them like this: Those balls are moving at around 200 miles per hour. (Hell, tell them it's 250. That'll stick with them longer. )

i hav a question:
is the concept of "keep your mask on when you're on the field" too hard to understand, or are the walk-ons around my area really that ignorant?
reffin' a group today, had a guy get shot and start walkin off the field and - honest to god - in the middle of the field, with paint still flyin, took his mask off! really? that whole group had people takin off masks and not paying attention to barrel covers all day!
people need to get the safety regulations throught their head!
