i like real watered down gatorade, if you can find the powder kind, buy that and only use half of what it says to make it.

ex.- use 2 scoops per gallon of water, only use 1 scoop

that way you get the benefits of gatorade w/o all the extra sugar, best bet imo

if you all like watered down gatorade why not just get gatorade rain, so you don't have to spend time adding water

gatorade rain still has 14g of sugar per serving, watered down gatorade has maybe 5.

Best drink for paintball. 2 bottles of water mixed with a big bottle of gatorade (if you know what i mean)
it hydrates you gives you a little sugar and has good taste

Yeah. A lot of sugar makes you puke, like in a Soda, which has like 50gs per serving. Gatorade has electrolytes, which replaces what is lost during sweating. Things like phosphorus, sodium and magnesium, all of which water lacks. You need something to the degree of gatorade, with all of the above to keep your body running.

Energy drinks and the like are just as bad as soda before exercise. Caffiene is no good either.

Green Tea ,Thiamin(100%), Sodium (3%) Potasium(29%)the numbers in () are daily values , compare that to gatorade and other sports drinks. http://www.gatorade.com/products/bev...comparison.pdf The problem with the most energy drinks is what gives you the energy...sugars and caffine which are both bad for you diluting these bevrages does just that dilutes them your putting less of the chemicals that you want in your body and more H2O (thats a good thing but defeats the purpose)Energy Fizz gives your body energy with green tea and Vitamin B-12 I tryed this at a CFOA event last year and ordered it ever since. Im not saying that I dont drink poweraid anymore but if I have some fizz I take it over the other drinks.
The only bad thing I have to say about energy fizz is it has a kick when you first drink it , a really strong citrus taste if you dont mix it with 20 oz of water.

i'll drink a monster right before playing, once i start to get thirsty, i'll drink gatorade/powerade (whichever is on sale at safeway), lunch i'll drink another monster/NOS/Full Throttle/AMP/Wired/etc., then just drink water

I drink flavored carbonated waters from like sams club. Tastes like sode but has no sugar. It tastes really good and works like water, but regular water is beter because it isnt carbonated.
