OK well 9 gazillion PM's answered I'm gonna put this up & maybe it'll answer some questions..... Maybe not......
Ok now remeber this isnt as easy as one would think & coz the milling doesnt look extensive there is VERY little room for error.....
OK here is the two frames one fitted with the board the other bare

Kinda see the flipswitch position here, tight but works like a dream

Well there is the picture show, doesnt show all the finite work thats involved but will give you a good idea of where & how it all goes together......
I will say again & again dont try this with a dremmel coz all youll do is screw up a good frame.. The board itself I shrunk by 2.5mm which involved remote running some of the circuits & I shortened the board by 7mm... I am in the process of getting an E2 to fit but am not certain it'll work, lets see huh!
