hmm, there's practically an unlimited number of drills you can do with 3. Here are some off the top of my head.
1) Anything that relates to making a bunker at the break. Have one guy at a start point burning a lane (on a go signal), other two rotate trying to make it into their bunker while the guy lanes it. This also is good sweet spot practicing. You can also have one guy burn while the other goes to the bunker, then the guy at the bunker returns fire while the original shooter makes a delayed break. When you do these kinds of drills, it's a lot better to finish the run then stop when you get hit, so try and ignore hits while practicing.
2) Lots of running and gunning, run down opposite sides of the field shooting at each other. Don't stop when you get hit, just run from end to end. You can also do this shooting at targets across the field rather than each other to practice laning while running.
3) Plenty of 2v1 drills, practice with one guy zoning a bunker and have the other two execute some sort of plan to draw the guy off the zone and insert one into it.
The three above are pretty general. I hope you can think of plenty of variations on those to get you started on a practice. Keep in mind that "just snapshooting" can be done in several ways at a practice as well.
He's just pissed off about being a 2k5'r since the 2k5'rs are last years 2k6'rs and they generate most of the hate.
