Question 9 volt batteries for the intimidator??

I was wondeirng if anyone else uses rechargeable batteries in their timmi. I use one in mine and it seems I never get even close to as many shots as I should out of it before it starts to run out. The manual says you should get a minimum of 15,000 and the last time I used it I'm sure the absolute most I shot (including firing without air) was 3,000. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the battery or with the gun so I was wondering how many shots you people who use regular batteries get. thanks

I use non rechargeable duracell ultras (only the very very best) and get probably around 20 thousand or more shots, I'm really not entirely sure

rechargeable batteries are pretty well known for not lasting as long as standard batteries. Of course, they're rechargeable, so that's the benefit.

I just use Duracell or Energizer disposables in mine. Never had a problem.
