run and gun wherever possible. if you are gonna run your *** off, might as well do it with your gun up. believe it or not, you can do it out wide, even to snake if you're good enough.

Most of my games are 3v3. I'm a front player, so I just hold my marker in my left hand (farthest away from the other team) and dash to my bunker.

It all depends on the situation though.

i just really keep my eyes open immediatly off the break. if someone is firing my way already, i just go to avoid getting hit. if i see one of theirs standing laning elsewhere or ru ning not sahooting, ill shoot at them, or if theres a bunker i can put in to make it farther up the feild ill shoot then also, just kinda depends for me

well if im set to go to like snake off the break and i see a lane in my path ill slow down set a lane on say the back stand up.. untill the lane dies down and i can make it to my bunker.. but it is allways a good thing to have guns up off the break..

one day when mantis factory came to practice at our field, we played a few times and their fronts would ALWAYS run and gun, even their snake player. If you're good at it running and gunning u should always do it, if not getting into your bunker as a front or mid is more important than the possibilty of getting shot out and your team losing bodies off the break. Know you're own skillset and make the choice accordingly.

it depends on the field the fields i have been playing lately i play tape and i have to get to the second dorito most games if i have to run that far i usually just full out bolt but if i am playing a closer bunker like d1 or one of the temples i can run and gun to keep their heads down and maybe hit one of their runners. It really depends on the distance and whether its in your abilities to get to your bunker safely wile running and gunning or whether you have to full out sprint with your gun by your side.

Don't try and move your upper body.. move your legs! i get atleast 1 off the break from laning.. then i got to back right and BAM more out! as i said no upper body movement.. just legs!

If the field is like really 50 heavy just bolt it to the fifty because if you don't you will probably get shot. If it is more back heavy then have your gun up all the time.

depends on your position and role on your team. backs dont run much, but they shoot a ton off the break. mids have to find a happy medium between running and gunning, and fronts should just book.

Thats not true. It depends on the situation. There are times when its more useful to just run your ***. Come to a PSP tournament, and watch the NXL. The sideline coach looks for who on the other team is in a shooting stance, and yells out "2 shooters right" or something like that. If your going to a corner, and there a 3 shooters your way, there is no way you are gonna get there with your gun up.
