Did it myself, I wouldnt say im crazy smart. Im smart, but mostly it was just devoting the time and energy into learning how to doing it.

you mentioned a "spindle(sp?)" for the original xbox 360. since you built your xbox 360, mind telling me what it is for, what you did to change it, and how it affected the xbox?

All that is, is a little peice of plasti that keeps teh disc where its suposed to be. Without it, the disk wouldnt play.

I used a dremel to remove the part of teh case then i used lexan on the underside to cover it.
