I installed Alcohol 120% a few weeks ago then uninstalled it, but the option to select it on the autoplay menu still is their. If you click it nothing happens, but it's really annoying. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Um...how did you uninstall Alcohol? Hopefully you used Add/Remove Programs? Or Alcohol's Uninstall util?

Reason for asking: many times ppl will just go into Program Files and delete the app's folder thinking that that will uninstall it. If this happens, context menus and other OS edits will remain, although broken.

If this is the case, the fix would involve some diving into the registry and other OS files and some pretty skilled cleaning (Google is your friend). A better route would prolly be to reinstall, then properly uninstall the app.

If this is not the case at all, don't listen to me.

I tried with both windows uninstaller then Your Unistaller (3rd party app) then I even ran microsoft's autoplay fix utility. I only deleted alcohol because it add's a that virtual drive.
