Cockers are a little different... what you want to be low pressure is your cocking pressure so you can pinch on balls.
First sweetspot your reg for best efficiency. Turn your velocity all the way down, turn up your reg until it starts dropping in velocity... lower pressure slightly so that you are at peak performance. Adjust velocity so you get up to speed. Voila, that's your cocker's most efficient pressure.
Second, adjust your LPR to a lower cocking pressure. Unfortunately this may be a bit of a ***** with the LPR that comes with the Cold Fusions... but it's worth it in the end.
That's about all you can really do with your current setup...
Basically in the end you'll have a quiet, efficient, and non-chopping marker. Kick *** huh?
Since money is not a big deal to you though, pick up a palmer rock or micro-rock, that will allow you to externally adjust your LPR. Or if you want to really go for the gusto, get a FreeFlow frontblock kit, and get a bunch of freeflow internals. They're the gods of low cocking pressure. I love mine
