I wanna know what the real field owners (myself) are supposed to do-I juse received 15 of the bloody things, and the nextg day they lower prices to what I pay (199$!!) WHAT THE **** AM I SUPPOSED TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF!

I know how you feel. I'm still trying to get rid of an infamous and alias that I bought before the prices dropped. I'm having a hard time breaking even on them.

Your best bet is to sell them for your cost just to get rid of them. Otherwise, you'll have them for a year and still not make any money. At least once you sell them you can order more and still make a profit.

yea this reball field about an hour from me uses ions as their rental. you get an ion, halo, 45/3000, and 4 hours of play for $55

They screwed up a good thing! Ions sold very easy at the old map. And it was nice to be able to make a 100.00 profit on a 300.00 retail priced marker. Now it is just anouther marker with a ****ty markup.

Call Smart Parts and voice your concern, they're expecting a great deal of similar "issues" so make sure to let 'em know that what they did doesn't sit well, and you demand some type of compensation such as the difference in the guns as credit to be used as you see fit.

Well guys I feel the concern on the ion but what if say you had 20 nerves and they just dropped them from around $945 to $450 so if you have a few of those in stock it can realy put a hurtin on a business. What they did is great for the player but it realy isnt fair to all the owners sp should have gave all the fields about a 30 day warning before this happened now alot of customers think the stores over charged them and that isnt the scenario.
This is not the way to make your dealers happy!!

Agreed 100%, how they handled this was all wrong and all I'm hoping is that other dealers/fields who rely on SP for their goods, won't be left out to dry.

local store by me sells tons of them every week at 285

as nice as it is from a players point of view in the long run its worse because now stores are screwed over, lose money, and have a greater chance of going out of business

You know what??? I was going to buy one for my nephew and supply my team with them as an inexpensive marker... Not anymore. I can not believer SP did this. I have a good relationship with my local store and I hope he does not get burned on this. I officially hate SP again...LOL. Looks like I am saving up for Ego's for my nephew and our team. Did not want to spend the money but atleast PE has great customer service and a great product. I wish you field and store owners the best and my prayers are with you.
