Well I gotta see this thing... and compare it to my Dragun T1. They both ARE FASOR. (Forward Air Spring Operated Return) Suprise to hear it can cycle that fast with spring. My T1 can only cycle about 25 bps or so max. Is the spring like a tough spring?
Legend Kinda reminds me of this gun, http://dangerouspower.com/
Are you guys gonna be at World Cup? Hope to see that thing there....

Any chance I could put my name on that list, and just not pay for one?

QFT. If some of the naysayers and doubters knew the knowledge and experience that is going into the development of this gun, they would be down there in a heartbeat to sign up.
A marker that kicked *** on the tourney field = priceless.

I shot it and it didnt seem that special but it was light and had a load of bounce....the grips werent that comfortable, and the reg adapter was ugly, I noticed that you could turn the eye covers to expose the eye. I cant wait for the final product to come out to see the improvements...for the price they said, it seemed pretty good.

It was in PSP mode but I do not think it was capped at 15. The reballs were acting ery bad and were sticking and getting jammed horribly in the loader. The eye covers were just loose. The grips are being changed.

im not gonna judge till i see/shoot one, and I'm always curious about new types of designs and such and try to be receptive to them. who knows, might be the next big thing. but i have a few Q's for the guys at infinity if they care to answer them in response to why they feel spring return is superior.
-yes, spring return guns CAN be as fast or faster than air returned guns. the reason most arent is they have LPR's. the tighter the spring, the faster the ram can cycle. however, the LPR pressure must be able to overcome the pressure of the spring, right? so the spring can only be so tight in order for the air from the LPR to still be able to overcome it. the Legend bypasses this by not using an LPR, and the higher ram operating pressure allows a tighter spring to be used, yielding higher fps. however wouldnt this higher ram operating pressure cause more kick? are you using an extremely small/light hammer or something to balance this? also, wouldnt this make the gun harder on paint?
-is it true that spring returned guns generally arent as consistent as air returned? is there anything different in the legend to address this, if it is true?
it seems like the spring return and lack of an LPR would help efficiency (lower dwell, half as much air needed for ram, etc) but it seems that the problems you solve by using this design are replaced by different problems that generally are the reason spring returns arent popular. i assume the stuff you said about having alot of new internal elements in previous posts are to fix this, just curious about it.

The LA WildCards and a few memebers from team LAW shot the Legend in HB. From what I understand the gun worked flawlessly 4 them . They were getting excellent shot counts and the gun was ripping after a few software and trigger tweaks.
Heres a shot of the gun in action ;

Theres more of the Legend, just look thru the photo archive and look 4 the WildCard jerseys.

Scrout Hunter - Yhose are still prototype bodies the milling marks will be gone when the production like is done. They are actually made in America, about 5 min. from my house.

SK Joe - They will look the same for the most part except for some sharp edge rounding. On the prototype bodies you can still see the machining marks from the mill's ect. They will be gone on the production run.

yeah, it was loud, but pretty fast i spose. for 750 i'd rather have something used that has stood the test of time.
