Legend Springs

Trying to dust off my Legend and I'm wondering if there is a way to differentiate between the rhino and stock spring? I'll try to post pictures later, does the rhino spring have less resistance? I've also read that some people have tried "improving" the poppet spring by keeping it clamped for an extended period of time, does this offer any benefits (or any potential pitfalls)? Thanks for the help.

Rhino spring uses thinner steel, is easier to compress and doesn't have the grayish color of stock.

Finally got around to getting a picture of them...

Can anyone identify which is which? The taller one is definitely a softer spring, but the other three are more comparable.

The tall one isn't a Legend spring. The second spring looks like a Rhino, the next one looks stock and the last one looks like a stretched out Rhino. I'd stick to using the second spring from the left.

Yeah that first one is a spring that came with the rutley parts I have, just threw that in the mix to see if anyone might know what "type" it is if not just a random one.
