This buyer is guilty of fraud

I sold my PM5 to Donlon a few weeks ago. The deal was that he would send me 450, then I would ship, then he would send me the remaining 60 (for the total of 510 as agreed upon).

I received the 450 and sent out the gun, which was in perfect working order. I take pride in the way that I deal with others on this forum. He then receives it and says that it is leaking. So I offer to send him replacement o-rings and ask for his address again, he never gives me it. He then says he is taking it to his local shop to have them fix it, and that whatever it costs will come out of what he owes me.

This was a little annoying to me as I knew it was in working order, but if I made a mistake then I should have to pay for it, as long as he provides proof of this (a receipt from the shop and their phone number so I can verify it). He then tells me he will let me know what the problem is the next day. It has been two weeks.

Moral of the story: Don't deal with Donlon, he scammed me out of $60

And I will be filing fraud charges against him if he doesn't respond to me.
