little help with lvl 10...

i've installed the lvl 10 in my minimag, but right now i have to use the shortest spring for it to work properly. if i use the middle spring i have to crank up the velocity so high it vents. any lower & it won't shoot. now, it's working pretty well, but i think there's still the chance i could chop paint. what do i do?

Get a new reg piston, This will help you to crank up the pressure. I had the same prob, Then I could go lighter in the spring!

I agree, Snag a new reg piston from the AGD online store. Thet're $15 and should solve your issue. I had to snag a new one myself as did a lot of people.

Yep. You unscrew the velocity adjuster screw all of the way out and the reg piston is right underneath pop ou the old and the new one drops right in. Screw it back together and go chrono. Takes about 45 seconds.

HEY homerj, fancy meetin you here

hehe. To change the piston, take your velocity adjuster screw/knob out, remove the spring pack, then pull out the old piston. Then drop the new piston in, and "press" it in with a rotating, round and round motion. That helps (at least in my mind) keep the oring from being sliced. By the way, wait till we show you Shanes Mini/BooYaaH/LVL10!!!!! Your gonna LOVE this!!Later.

that sounds wicked. i told myself if i got the lvl 10 tuned right i might look into an electro grip frame. the lvl 10 seems to have taken the kick out my rt & also the trigger isn't quite as sensitive as it was before. i'll get a new piston & see if that works. need to order some plastic nubbins too.
