the program will not work w/ win2000. can only be used w/95,98,98se and me.
if you can find a system that has the correct OS, download the newest program from http://128.121.115.209/akalmp/akalmp/aka-programmer.exe
once you download the software, you have to click on the correct board bit settings for the appropiate marker. the entire process will take less than 20 secs.

Hey,
I just found an other settings for the Hummphrey valves with the stock board on the Excalibur:
ROF: 20.000bps
HD: 6
HR: 2
BD: 22
BR: 20
HDE: 6
BDE: 10
It seems to work well on my Exca (around 60.000 shot fired) with:
My old Max Attack Tank at 600psi of output pressure
The LPR set at 70psi.
Sidewinder output pressure set near 160-165psi (too shot at 295-298fps)
Oh, yes, and a Halo B of cuz
Full Freak Set 16" TD front et SS back
The speed is insane. I'll try to make a video in a few time
For the one who'll try this settings, please give me a feedback
Thx

What batch of Halo B's feed the fastest? My Halo is a slug compared to a team mate of mine.

Hey Dan, are u gonna do an update for the WAS board also, or are the settings still the same? Or does the WAS board do that stuff automatically?

All you have to do is find the dwell for your gun with the EQ. The eyes self regulate the ROF and the bypass mod rof is set by selecting the whole # bps you want. Much easier to use than the old program.

depends what solenoid you have. the board default setting is set for the new humphreys. the mac dwell setting will be between 13-15. just to to try them out and see what your marker likes best.

You are talking about the dwell on the Vikings? What about the Excals? I imagine there will be a little more to the settings on one of those.

it will still depend on what solenoids you have, but can't tell you what number it requires or wear to start out.

I have a newer Excal with Humphreys but no WAS board yet. Need to get it drilled first. Just want to prepare ahead of time.

the default settings on the equalizer is for the humphreys and shouldn't have to adjust anything. even if you do, you can change the dwell w/the trigger.
i seen an excalibur over the weekend w/the was board and eyes and all i can say is WOW. it was keeping up w/the viking i was using w/the was board and eyes. i was very impressed.

Hey,
I tested thoses settings for the Hummphrey valves with the stock board on the Excalibur at the french PB cup last week end (around 20.000 shots fired):
ROF: 20.000bps
HD: 6
HR: 2
BD: 22
BR: 20
HDE: 6
BDE: 10
It works very well on my Exca (has around 80.000 shots now) but i had to change some settings:
Max Attack Tank at 600psi of output pressure
The LPR set at 60psi.
Sidewinder output pressure set near 170-175psi (too shot around 298fps)
Halo B (old software)
Full Freak Set 16" TD front et SS back
The speed is really insane. Yesterday, i outshot my Halo B with this settings!!! too too fast. I think i'll have to buy a new Halo B with new software to work well with my Exca.
Tell me what u think about thoses settigs, please
Thx and ENJOYYYYYYYYYYYY

you will be doing more harm than good buying new halo w/the te software. almost everyone who switched to the new software has noticed a slower feeding halo. i actually sent mine back to get looked at and they just taped the eyes w/electrical tape. the older software was faster. i would recondmend the equalizer board and wicked eyes over the the halo.

Hey, I found how to make work the AKA programming software on Win XP. I've a french version of Win XP, so i'll try to translate as much as i can

Install the AKA programming software on ur computer, then right clic on the icon of "AKA-8.exe" in C:\AKA and select "Properties".
Go, in "Compatibility" and on the window "Compatibility Mode", clic on the little square and select in the menu "Win95" or "Win98" and it must work fine
I did with a Win98 compatibility and it seems to work fine
Please, give me a feedback
Thx

I just did exactly what you said and it works fine. Way to be man. I was sick of going to use my parents older computer to program my marker.
