Hot topic: RPM VA Adapter converter *picts*
So looks like the hot topic here is VAs and the RPM. I'm probably going to grab an RPM in a few days and have been doing some research into alternatives to the 2 mods done by peeps in here.
This is what I found:
http://www.shocktechusa.com/pages/ma...y_metadapt.htm
Palmer-pursuit.com also sells a "spyder metric male to 1/8NPT female" adapter
There are tons of these spyder male metric to female 1/8NPT fittings available around. The only problem is I can't seem to find a description of what the "spyder metric" fitting size is. I posted in the kingman forum so maybe i'll get a response back soon. I also e-mailed the palmer-pursuit shop about the metric size of the adapter they have too. Hoping to hear back from them soon.
Also, i've found companies that sell the 10-1.25 metric male to 1/8npt female adapters (just google it, i've done way too many to keep track). I'm still in the process of looking at the specs to determine what types of preassures they can hold though.
Regardless, there seems to be several options for the RPM VA saga. Hopefully someone can shed more light on this chapter. If this is old news, my bad.

I talked about this in a couple other threads, but never took the time to get any links. Anyways good job.
Has anyone tried using Wrath grips on their RPM? There frames are the nearly identical if not the same right down to the slot in the front for the hose that is on the old wraths.

I know the noid sits different in the wrath but they look to have about the same grips, and they do both have the slot at the front, but the rpm doesnt have a use for it stock. Thats what makes me wonder even more than just the same general look.

They like to give us hope that theres something out there
that could top whats available in the same class,, and then
remind us of what fools we are.
Odyssey is an awesome company,, but I'm really dissapointed they havn't
come out with a VA for the RPM yet... in a sence,, the company has lost allot of my respect,, it also causes curiosity to form if maybe a deal was
struck with the makers of the Wrath or Ar-1

Oddysy doesn't really exist anymore. NPS bought them out and hasn't come out with anything new since the RPM. And I don't think that they will.

Update
Sup guys, I got my New RPM in today along with the shocktech AC mini ASA and shocktech spyder bottom line to NPT adapter. Good news is, the shockteck metric male to NPT female adapter is threaded perfectly for the body. Only issue is that you'll have to cut off about three threads off the male side. I'll have picts hopefully tomorrow after I convine the shop at work to cut them off for me. Anyway, looks like a go. I'll post pics ASAP.

sorry I haven't updated this in awhile. Real life got busy. So i got everything working. It's pretty straight forward. Here are some images of what i did for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES only. I'm not responsible if you copy what I did, screw up and hurt yourself or your marker or anyone/thing in your radius of destruction.
Poor lighting and low juice in the camera so the colors look kinda weird. but anyway.
I the had the shop at work cut down the male threads until they were the same size as the original SS piece:
Then i just attached it to the body, I took off the front piece of the lower tube to make sure that my new adapter wasn't protruding into the tube any more than the original piece had:
and heres the final product:
balling on a budget so still to come is a reg and an on/off. Prob going with a detonator since its cheaper than a CP but that might make the front way too long well see.

yeah, that sucker is pretty long but it works and is pretty comfortable too. I might have to revert to ice's method if my detonator comes in and it's crazy long.
