Worlds baddest VM68: Electro!

Well here she is, the worlds first ElectroPneumatic VM68! She'll do 14bps before things start to get wonky, but with a tad bit more tweaking I should be able to get into the sub-16s, the return spring is pretty light and the pneus run at 30psi. Like the Tippmann before, if the spring is stiffer it'll return quicker allowing higher rates of fire but will also require higher pneumatics pressures. Not a real issue, just a point of tuning.
The valve and entire internal air system is drastically updated and at present will run happily down to 220psi at 300fps using one of my regs. The PMI reg however isn't happy below 400psi or so, for the present she'll be setup to run at around 450psi unless I can talk LettuceHead into a different reg.
Also note the QE on the ram, I left the cover off to show it's presence. Big help in the quest for speed.

Oh my God!! Ain't she puuuurdy??!!?!?

That trigger is something else! It's a full 3/8" wide, very light and incredibly comfortable. You can just make out the battery under the tank cover. Lastly a look at the air input and LP line routing.
air

Various points of interest like the Cocker spec ball detent, the ram peeking out the body and the hammer setup from the top slot.

Lastly here's the fitted delrin bolt and stainless pin.

I wouldn't say we get tense, it more like we have the urge to move things to BST when we start openly talking about priceing in a customizing forum.
You know how it is, we like to actuly have dreams still before we hear the cost of things.
But thanks guys for keeping money a privet thing.
